Miami-Dade County collects garbage every Monday and Thursday. On the side of the house, we provide 2 garbage cans. Please leave any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway if you are staying during those days. We would appreciate it if you could just return the bins to the side of the house. If the dumpsters do not need to be emptied, our cleaning crew will empty them immediately after your departure.

Check-Out is 12 PM

    •      The check-in window officially closes at midnight. Arrivals after 12 AM must return the next day starting at 10 AM to complete check-in.

    •    The booking holder must be present at check-in. If not, please notify us in advance. Minimum check-in age is 18. 

The unit includes 4 sets of fobs. Lost fobs will be charged at $200 each to your deposit or card on file.
